How can we improve how we implement and communicate decisions for psychologists?
The Registrar’s office is finalizing a provisional pathway for new graduates and determining educational standards for all registered psychologists. We want to know how we can improve the way we communicate and roll out these decisions.

Registrar's office needs to build trust from registrants, as the last year has done the opposite of this. Listen and respond appropriately.

Because Yukon is a small territory, decisions about individual psychs can be contracted to other licensing boards, to reduce potential bias

Since there is a bias against specific licensing boards that has spread throughout the office and CS without evidence, bias needs addressing

Communication should provide support for helping with obstacles rather than unhelpful blanket statements "to wind down practice"

Follow general US/Canadian guidelines and join appropriate boards (ASPPB, ACPRO, etc). Yukon should not be the "Wild West"/ different.

Trust the competency of other licensing boards; like NWT, contract reviews of academic credentials to another licensing board
